New Construction Pre-Wire

The Structured Wiring includes the following: 1, One Open House Structure Wire Box, 14”x18” or 36"x18" Flush Mounted, one 4x8 Telephone Module (4 lines in to 8 locations), one 1x8 Video Module  (1 video signal to 8 locations), structured wiring from box to each location (2 RG-6 Quad Shield and 2 Cat-5e cables), 4 Port Cover Plates with 2 F Jacks, 1 Phone Jack and 1 Data Port. Coax cables terminated with Snap-Seal connectors, Telephone cables terminated at Telephone Module, Data cables terminated with RJ-45 connectors. All cables numbered and Labeled. The Structured Wiring is priced per outlet/drop.

    The Home Theater pre-wire includes the following: 16ga. 2 conductor speaker wire from entertainment location to the three front speaker locations and two rear speaker locations. (7.1 has two additional side speaker locations) Weaved in the wall or ceiling behind sheetrock for easy access. One RG-6 Quad Shield coax cable from entertainment location to Sub-Woofer location. Blank covers installed on entertainment location and sub-woofer location.

The Camera pre-wire includes the following: Cat-5e cable from camera location to the Digital Video Recorder (DVR/NVR) location. Weather-proof single gang box and cover at the camera exterior locations.
